Eastern League Southwest
Altoona Curve
The Altoona Curve are the Double-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, playing in the Eastern League Southwest at Peoples Natural Gas Field in Altoona, Pennsylvania. This is where the Pirates’ next wave arrives — the arms and bats that will be argued about in Pittsburgh in two years’ time are, right now, working through a Tuesday night in Altoona.
Relay Sports writes a recap of every Curve home game: the scoreline, the innings that decided it, and the performances worth remembering, published the same night.
